Individual nutrition counseling

I provide one-on-one nutrition counseling virtually or at my office in Newton Centre, MA. I am licensed in Massachusetts & Maine.

I am in-network with Blue Cross, Aetna, and Mass General Brigham Health Plan (tier 2 provider). I am able to provide superbills for clients with out-of-network benefits.

60 minute intake: $250

55 minute follow-up: $200

Nutrition counseling for:

  • Eating disorder recovery - including Family-Based Treatment (FBT).

  • Chronic dieting & weight concerns

  • Improved relationships with food

  • Digestive disorders

  • Gastrointestinal issues

  • Food allergies/intolerances

  • Cholesterol and high blood pressure.

  • Type 1 Diabetes

  • Prediabetes and Type 2 Diabetes

consulting & clinical supervision

I provide virtual clinical supervision or consultation to any clinicians working with clients recovering from or living with eating disorders - RDNs, therapists, meal/nutrition coaches, personal trainers, group fitness instructors, physical therapists.

I have extensive experience providing clinical supervision to Boston University undergraduate, graduate and post-graduate nutrition students. I cultivate an open space for growth, reflection and learning with supervisees and look forward to working together.

Group Supervision: $50/hour or 5 session package for $200
Individual Supervision: $100/hour or 4 session package for $375
Peer/Provider Consultation: $40/30 minutes, billed in $20, 15 minute increments thereafter.
